Hi,
just a few quick lines to say what a fab last few days we have had with the girls. We went off to Chepstow castle yesterday and had a fine time running around the ruins pretending we were royalty! (will send photos when Ben can download them for me)
Later in the afternoon the children all disappeared off across the fields and had a great time in the autumn sun.
The children are off doing some last minute shopping this morning and then coming to watch Ellie play in the hockey match against Stirling.
We hope they enjoyed their stay with us, we are going to miss them a lot.

Hello to all in South Africa,
Abi and Caela returned from Cardiff today very bouncy and seemed to have had a great day. They both had a relaxing day yesterday as everyone seemed in need of a "time out". They are doing a lot of travelling to see all the attractions and I think it is all catching up with them (they keep asking how far away places are?).
We have managed to introduce the girls to some foods they have not had and they are both very willing to give anything a try which is great.
They are off dry slope skiing tomorrow, I have asked them to be careful as I did not fancy having to call home to say they had hurt themselves which they thought was very funny. We all then sat discussing our worst injuries!! Meal times are going to be very boring once they return home.
I'm glad to hear that they are coping well with being away, I must say I am very impressed with how they seem to be taking everything in their stride, they are both truly a credit to you.
Off to try and get some laundry done now, four girls in the house produce a lot of dirty clothes!!!!!!

I have spoken to ouma today and she said that she is thinking of you and cant wait to hear the news!
Aunty Nicky said that she e-mailed you to your personal e-mail and that I must tell you she spoke to a certain boy at Selborne about a certain matter :) hee-hee will only tell you when you get back, but the conversation started like this "hallo i am Abi's godmother, are you...... ?" hee-hee... Aunty Nicky will tell you all :)
Aunty Suzi also phoned and said she looked at all the photos on the blog and it looks like you are enjoying yourself and that you mustn't worry about us, we will be fine, especially me! You must enjoy every day to the fullest!!
I miss you stax my sweetie and cant wait for you to get back... will hold you in my arms the whole night!!
Once again please look after yourself tomorrow, dont hurt yourself when you go skiing!!
